Responsible for Dossier Management system to track NIS and employee productivity for SEPA.

Directly responsible for establishing/maintaining policies and providing inventory control and materials management for all Aqua states.

As the procurement, inventory control and materials management subject matter expert at Aqua, provide training, guidance and expertise as needed.

Responsible for procurement and materials management training and direction for new acquisitions throughout Aqua as they arise.

Prepares, and/or manages and operates within approved budgets established for all departments under Construction Operations. Monitors and protects company assets.

Staff, trains, develops and mentors employees.

Acts as a construction liaison to other functions and divisions within the Company, the community, and construction/development industry groups.

Participates in strategic and tactical planning on the departmental and community level.

Accountable for completion of construction projects on time, within budget, and within quality standards, to meet business performance expectations.

Contributes through guiding and developing others with influence at the division or city level.

Recommend, develop, and manage plans to improve materials management, logistics and procurement processes and results utilizing Eaton Business System (EBS).

Project management, including full comprehension of the Prolaunch Process

Work with stakeholders across Marketing, Sales, Engineering, Finance and Operations to ensure division end-to-end operational goals are met/exceeded.

Identify and Implement goals and initiatives policies, procedures, and requirements change across the division

A minimum of 10 years of work experience in a manufacturing, operations, or engineering environment, including time spent in Supply Chain

A minimum of five (5) years of work experience in Supply Chain role

Seven years of engineering experience, including work experience in engineering project management WITH

Combination of post-secondary education and/or job-related experience may substitute for the minimum qualifications on a year-for-year basis

Two years of experience in a lead or supervisory capacity

Supervisory experience of 25-50 employees
