Bilingual in Spanish is an added benefit, but not a requirement.

Strong cartographic skills for both desktop and web-based maps.
Self-motivated to learn new GIS skills and continuously improve on existing skillsets to further career.
Demonstrated skills in python scripting (or other languages) will be considered valuable.
