Be or have the ability to be medically qualified to drive and obtain medical certification card.

Transporting patients and clients utilizing company vehicles in a safe and professional manner.

Effectively communicates with dispatch regarding schedule progress and to receive instructions.

Maintain a professional image and attitude in regards to clients, visitors and co-workers.

Pass a DOT medical examination as specified under CFR 49 391.43 including a Human Performance Evaluation (HPE)

High School Diploma or Equivalent

Proper licenses, qualifications, and certifications required for the job.

1-3 general work experience preferred.

Interstate designation required on CDL 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred.

Transport finished goods or raw materials between facilities.

Load and unload goods using forklift or pallet jacks or connect or disconnect trailers at destination.

Complete pre- and post-trip inspections, as well as verify load and seal numbers.

Maintain DOT time log, Bill of Lading, and other paperwork as required.

1-3 general work experience preferred.

Required: Must possess Class A CDL with 5-year or more current OTR with tractor/trailer verifiable experience.

Must have current DOT medical certification

Transport vehicles using company owned class 8 truck and car trailer.

Perform daily DOT safety inspections and AMR inspection on company truck, trailer, equipment and load.

Will be required to accurately maintain required documentation and invoices for vehicles, expenses, driver logs, and DOT regulations

Plan routes and meet delivery schedules

May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements

Complies with all company safety and risk management policies and procedures.

Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Experience/Knowledge:

0 to 2 years of transportation related work experience. Skills/Aptitude:

Must comply with any dress code requirements.

High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.

High School or GED diploma. A minimum of 1 year of work related experience and training.

Class A CDL endorsements are required; must have a 2 year DOT Medical Certification

Drives truck to deliver milk or ice cream products to designated destination.

Assist in loading and unloading products, if needed.

Issues or obtains customer signature on receipt for pickup or delivery.

Maintains driver log according to I.C.C. regulation and when required.

Requires demonstrated knowledge, skills, abilities and desire to handle materials safely, while driving, loading and unloading, etc.

Must meet all requirements for drivers as set forth in Part 391-Qualification of Drivers of the Federal Motor

Requires demonstrated knowledge of and experience with preventive maintenance procedures necessary to perform routine DOT inspections for tractors and trailers.

Minimum of one (1) years of Over the Road (OTR) or regional experience.

Requires demonstrated knowledge of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations and Hazardous Material Shipping

Requires demonstrated communications, interpersonal, and teamwork skills necessary to work safely and effectively with customers and Targa employees.
