Click here for more information about?Sodexo's Benefits. #in #cb Position Summary A Driver, Goods/Materials/Passengers will safely operate Company vehicles to deliver goods, materials and/or passengers. This position may also assist in general warehouse duties such as stocking and retrieving package and bulk containers and general cleaning. The general responsibilities of the position include those listed below, but Sodexo may identify other responsibilities of the position. These responsibilities may differ among accounts, depending on business necessities and client requirements. General Responsibilities:

• Oversees the appearance, operation, maintenance, and servicing of the vehicle.
• May store or install delivered items.
• Maintains a professional relationship with all coworkers, vendor representatives, supervisors, managers, customers, and client representatives.
• Ability to reach, bend, stoop, push and/or pull, and frequently lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift/move 40 pounds. Working Conditions (may add additional conditions specific to defined work location):
• Drives a company vehicle to transport personnel, visitors and/or customers, and goods/materials.
• May require commercial license, depending on vehicle type and/or state law. Physical Requirements:
• Varying schedule to include evenings, holidays, weekends, and extended hours as business dictates.
• Ability to maintain a positive attitude.

• Valid state driver's license required.
• Makes minor repairs to vehicle(s) to keep them in good working order.
• Attends work and shows up for scheduled shift on time with satisfactory regularity. Experience/Knowledge:
• Maintains a positive attitude.
• Reports all accidents and injuries in a timely manner.
• Basic food-handling skills. License/Qualifications:
• May serve as a courier, delivering packages, documents, and mail.
• Ability to communicate with co-workers and other departments with professionalism and respect.
• Attends training programs (classroom and virtual) as designated.
• Collects receipts and follows all Sodexo and client policies as well as those of all regulatory agencies.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).
• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is primarily in a controlled, temperate environment; however, may be exposed to heat/cold during support of outside activities.
• High School diploma, GED or equivalent work experience.
• Willingness to be open to learning and growing.
• Maintains high standards for work areas and appearance.
• Maintains a driver's log and presents billing forms to designated representatives.
• Complies with all Sodexo HACCP policies and procedures.
• Maturity of judgment and behavior.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned. Qualifications & Requirements
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
• Close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and the ability to adjust focus, with or without corrective lenses.
