Knowledge of layout and design principles preferred.

Experience with both MAC and PC computers.

Adobe Creative Suite knowledge desirable.

Commensurate with Education and Experience

Prior experience teaching in higher education

Lic or Certification required by statute or regulation

English, Theatre & Languages (Office)

Primary Purpose of Organization Unit

Experience with both custom built workflows including front ingestion and back end production management.

Prepare and distribute reports as requested by upper management

Set up and manage One-Time Mailing and Repeat mailing workflows using industry standard and custom built software.

Manage One-Time and Flexible Correspondence teams.

Working knowledge of databases (SQL Server, mySQL, Access, etc)

Ability to manage others and work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Completed South Orange County Community College District online application including education, experience, and references.

Summary of Duties and Responsibilities:

Teach other general music education classes as assigned (Music Appreciation, History of Rock, World Music, etc.).
