Ability to navigate political issues using advanced organizational knowledge.

Bachelor’s degree in an Aviation, government, or judicial related field; Combination of Education and Experience will be considered

In coordination with Manager, Regulatory Compliance and QA, takes lead on regulatory compliance issues and investigations involving operations groups

Participates in safety meetings and continuing education programs, maintaining close liaison with the FAA, NTSB and industry organizations and associations

Provides oversight to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and established internal standards

4+ years of experience working for a Part 121 air carrier

Demonstrated abilities in self organization, self-starting work ethic

10+ years’ experience in a leadership/management role as well as the following:

Highly experienced with project coordinating and management

Consulting experience with a focus on operations management

Impeccable time management and multi-tasking skills

Coach department heads on management success

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or related field; MBA or JD preferred

4+ years of Program Management, Process Improvement, or the equivalent

Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities and excellent problem-solving skills.

2+ years of Internal Audit and/or Compliance experience

Strong abilities with Microsoft 365 apps and services including Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Visio, Excel, SharePoint, Teams, and Power BI.

Exceptional communication skills (e.g., listening, written, oral, and data visualization) with a high attention to detail.

Ability to manage a high degree of complexity and to distill information into understandable compliance related documentation.

2-3 years of people management experience required;

Your strong people management skills allow you to lead teams to deliver strong results;

You possess excellent operations, organizational, and process management skills;

Identify, research, and resolve complex incidents, and communicate findings and resolution to business partners and senior management;

Bachelor’s degree with 6-8 years of relevant experience required;

Previous operations experience in a regulated industry required;

Methodical and diligent with outstanding planning abilities and excellent problem-solving skills

Lead compliance rhythms of Partner Program & Experiences (PP&E) globally, such as internal control assessments and internal audits (if any)

4+ years of Internal Audit and/or Compliance experience

At least 4 years' experience in an analytical role

Skilled at prioritization, creating order and driving concise, actionable executive-level insights and calls to action

Partner GTM, Programs, & Experiences

Strong communication, problem solving and process management skills

Evaluate BSA/AML KYC and EDD requirements for new and existing products or features

Create tactical and scalable solutions for operational teams to manage compliance tasks and risks

Advanced knowledge of compliance related issues including KYC, EDD, and PEP in the payments industry

Relevant industry certifications (CAMS, CFE, CFCS, CRCM)

Experience with SQL and/or Looker
