The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of progressive management experience, hotel Food & Beverage Management experience preferred
Previous experience with hotel and management systems; Opera, HotSOS, Kronos, Micros , etc. an asset.
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management preferred.
Must be proficient in in general computer knowledge, including but not limited to Microsoft Word and Excel
Previous experience with Collective Bargaining Agreements preferred
