Community Wellness Advocate Manager Jobs in California

Experience in day-to-day program management, including budgeting, KPI tracking and reporting, SME/contractor coordination and communication, and event management

Excellent customer service and/or member management skills

Starting Pay Rate: $25 - $30/hour – depending on education and experience.

Manage and support the education, training and mentoring programs that support career advancement for women working in the health and fitness.

Excellent communications skills; working knowledge of social media, content creation, and basic marketing principles

Basic knowledge/experience with Kajabi or similar

Should be highly skilled in: leadership or coaching, conflict resolution, time management, cooperation/teamwork, developing positive professional relationships.

Two years experience providing direct services to persons with developmental disabilities or in community outreach or other social service settings.

Communicate with family members, care providers, case managers

Bachelor's Degree preferred but can substitute for experience in relevant field.

Strong written and verbal skills.

One year of continuous, verifiable experience in a relevant field such as rehabilitation, retail, production, or food service.
