Abide by the following reporting requirements and maintain contact log and reports in data management system (Field Point):

Communicate with your Regional Program Manager as needed.

Bring to the attention of a regional program manager any instance of non-compliance with the federal regulations and/or program policies.

Excellent listening and problem solving skills and ability to communicate effectively with people of many different cultures

Excellent writing skills; computer literate

Attend a one-day face-to-face ( virtual or in -person) training that will be conducted by the Field Representative

Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills — with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management

Strong program management skills to manage multiple complex initiatives successfully while working to build bridges and capacity across the team

Experience with program management and analytics, being able to gather, manage, track and analyze data

Strategic thinking and planning skills that translate into innovative solutions that drive impact

8+ years of relevant work experience with programs, partnerships and communities

Experience defining, developing and leading large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment

Organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines

Expertise in MS Office and technical skills in educational document preparation and reports (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, etc.)

Two years of healthcare experience, preferably in health care planning

Ability to implement community-based education programs

Excellent oral and written communication skills

Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

Deep knowledge and experience using collaborative project management tools and processes (e.g. JIRA, Asana, Smartsheets, Google docs, scrum, agile).

Collect business requirements, and work with Product/IT stakeholders to assess and prioritize according to operational benefit.

Formal project certification an advantage (eg. PMI, PMP, Prince2)

Experience managing large projects or deploying customer facing change in a call center environment an advantage

Proactive communication and interpersonal skills

Work with Community Support leadership to define, launch, and execute multiple strategic and operational initiatives at the same time.

Sunday 4pm-8pm,Monday-Tuesday Noon-9:30pm, Wednesday-Thursday 8-5:30pm With Friday and Saturday off.

Tuesday-Wednesday Noon-9:30pm, Thursday-Friday 8-5:30, Saturday 8am-noon, with Sunday and Monday off.

Sunday-Wednesday 11am-9:30pm with Thursday, Friday, Saturday off.

Distinguishing Features Of The Class

2+ years of program or project management experience

Experience producing content, wikis, and articles to support managed communities.

1+ year of experience in a customer facing position.

Impeccable organization skills with attention to detail.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Experience interacting with customers verbally and digitally.

● Experience adhering to grant reporting requirements, casework, and documentation of services.

● Demonstrated experience leading trainings, groups and workshops.

● Community organizing and leadership development experience preferred, preferably in a peer-based setting.

● Public speaking experience strongly preferred.
