• Strong program management skills to manage multiple complex initiatives successfully while working to build bridges and capacity across the team

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven track record of organizational, creative, and strategic-thought leadership
• Experience defining, developing and leading large programs in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
• Understanding of the Meta family of apps and how Meta's products and services could be leveraged to build community
• 8+ years of relevant work experience with programs, partnerships and communities
• Leadership building a culture of accountability and a commitment to achieving results
• Experience with program management and analytics, being able to gather, manage, track and analyze data
• Proven collaboration and relationship-building skills — with experience developing working relationships at all levels of management
