Working knowledge of North Carolina’s overdose prevention and harm reduction policies and programs

Experience developing and implementing public health-based programs/interventions

People with lived (drug, criminal justice) experience strongly encouraged to apply

Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated success as a team player

Strong organizational skills and highly capable of tracking, summarizing and reporting activities

Preferred Qualifications: Work experience with justice systems and programs

3+ years of relevant experience in providing training and technical assistance for Government clients

Direct experience with client and stakeholder engagement and delivering work products for clients in a complex stakeholder environment

Proven to be flexible and thrive in a dynamic, ambiguous, and complex work environment and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously

Outstanding written and oral communication and collaboration skills and strong leadership potential

Ability to collaborate and work effectively remotely and in-person

Interprets policy and procedure and provides administrative expertise and direction to community, institutional and court services supervisors and managers;

Plan and conduct community and stakeholder education on restorative practices;

Experience delivering training content to a diverse audience of staff and clients.

Experience in the planning and implementation of equity and reform activities.

Experience partnering and/or collaborating with community organizations.

Experience participating in the development of programming and/or monitoring/assessing the efficacy of services.

The salary range is $45,000 to $55,000, commensurate with experience.

Conduct case management and exit surveys for each restorative justice process

College degree in a related field or an equivalent combination of education, training, and

2 years of trained experience facilitating restorative justice

Project Management (PM) Certification highly desirable.

8+ years of relevant experience with projects management principles and practices (including 2+ years of line management experience; 5+ preferred).

Manages new proposal and partnership development for justice and workforce development programs.

Demonstrated strategic planning, staff development and capacity building experience.

Demonstrated experience in leading and managing complex projects.

Experience working in a non-governmental organization (NGO).

Lead and/or oversee data management and analyses of survey, interview, observation, and/or extant data using the appropriate analysis tools.

Prison-based education and reentry supports

Use content knowledge in justice and community safety research to design and execute relevant and responsive projects for the field.

Experience designing research and evaluation protocols and processes

Experience conducting qualitative and/or quantitative analyses (including analytic software packages [such as STATA, R, NViVO, and Access])

Experience building and maintaining client and partner relationships a plus but not required

Facilitates evidence-based group and individual cognitive-based programming.

Performs related work as required.
