For this assignment with Aquent's client, we are seeking a Communications Specialist for their Internal Communications team.

• Tech-savvy and comfortable with navigating web-publishing systems to produce high quality communications.

• Exceptional attention to detail, and ability to prioritize key work in a fast-paced environment.

Demonstrated knowledge, skill, and understanding of website management and publishing, social media management and digital marketing reporting.

Equivalent experience, education and/or training may be substituted for the education requirements

Excellent organization, planning, project management, and problem solving skills.

Experience at an institution of higher education or a research center.

Must be able to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

One (1) year of professional, related experience.

Thorough knowledge of video script writing, direction, remote and studio requirements (personnel and equipment).

MINIMUM EDUCATION, TRAINING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS

Consults with central and school-based administrators regarding specialized projects; processes requests for studio or remote videography.

Thorough knowledge of video production theory, principles, practices, operations, procedures and equipment.

Thorough knowledge of complete editing practices, video-related computer operations.

Responsible for 100% adherence to marketing governance submissions (legal, brand, data processing, finance spend)

Extensive marcoms mix production experience across digital, on and offline medium. Creative and media planning briefing experience.

Strong communicator, including writing skills for content development

Analytical skills with data driven decisiveness

Lead development and deployment of all tactical assets within budget. Set up appropriate return on investment campaign and project tracking.

Ensure distribution of deliverables to appropriate channels, including content libraries, website, publications, etc.

Minimum four (4) or more years of experience writing and editing in Health Communications or Public Health Education.

Must have experience with current 508 compliance requirements and Clear Communication Index.

Excellent judgment and decision making, with strong analytical skills; business intuition and business acumen.

Bachelor’s degree in Communications, English, Health Education, Public Health, or related field.

Master’s degree Communications, English, Health Education, Public Health, or related field.

Previous experience hands-on experience in diabetes or chronic diseases.

Strong project management and multi-tasking skills

Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Journalism, English, Public Relations or Community Affairs or equivalent combination of education and related work experience.

Strong written communications skills, presentation skills and editing experience, which includes an aptitude for grammar, style and business writing.

7+ years of relevant job experience in marketing.

7-10 years of relevant job experience in marketing-related role

Experience working in or with advertising agencies or marketing consultancies

Maintaining efficient operation of the dispatch center through coordination of police/public safety communications network for multi-campus operations.

Performs communication equipment maintenance and related administrative duties.

Serves as Terminal Agency Coordinator (TAC).

Ensure agency compliance with SC Crime Information Center (SCIC), National Crime

Information Center (NCIC) and National Law Enforcement Telecommunication Systems (NLETS).

Strong understanding of internal communications, employee engagement, and channels management

Manage content for the intranet, ensuring that it is up-to-date, engaging, and informative.

Manage quarterly organizational announcements, including editing and distribution.

5 - 7 years of experience in a communications role in a large, matrixed healthcare organization

Experience with Adobe suite of creative tools

Experience with Slack, Poppulo and Wordpress
