Commissioning Electrical Field Engineer Jobs

Experience in multiple GMP validation disciplines with advanced technical knowledge.

Develop risk assessment, system impact assessments, validation plans, protocols and reports that support the qualification and validation of systems.

Hands on Experience with Biopharma Process Equipments.

BS degree or higher in chemical engineering or a related engineering or scientific discipline, or significant related experience

Validation experience using , traditional, risk based, Hybrid approach.

Experience working with Documentum or Maximo a plus.

Test experience using Doble Protection Suite and/ or ProTest, SEL AcSELerator, Enoserv RTS are highly preferred.

Must have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate and negotiate effectively with clients and Team

Review of wiring diagrams, schematics, engineering documents in advance of projects and outages

Participate in project meetings including but not limited to: kickoff meetings, planning meetings, progress meetings, lessons learned meetings.

Assist in developing project specific testing and commissioning plans, energization plans, or any other assigned project specific documentation

Demonstrated ability to both read and understand construction and manufacturer-s drawings and specifications as well as schematic diagrams

Present progress and results of tasks to management and other interested parties in person or in digital format

High School diploma or GED and a minimum of six (6) years of progressive experience in the commissioning field.

Excellent written communication skills, especially in the English language

Supports FAT’s by coordinating with engineering, commissioning team and 3rd party testing group.

Supports Hazop and model reviews by coordinate / attending the sessions.

Good understanding of document formatting for readability

Performs engineering design reviews, prepare commissioning scripts and reports, direct client-site testing and manage the training of on-site staff

Data Center / Mission Critical Experience is preferred

Previous experience working on a mission critical facility construction site a plus

CXA, AABC, ACG certification desired

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal (this role requires heavy amount of writing, documentation, and client interaction)

Experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, AutoCAD

Good organizational skills, communication skills, schedule management skills.

2+ years in construction management.

Prepare field engineering status reports of work progress and schedule to Project Managers.

Level of experience 5-10 years

Experience in design criteria development for mechanical systems .

Automotive experience with engine, transmission, or vehicle facilities or similar industrial manufacturer.

Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Closely collaborate with the Journal managers at the Publisher end for timely publication.

Proven experience in commissioning and publishing scientific content, preferably in impact factor journals.

Commission and oversee the publication of Paid Open Access thematic issues.

Collaborate with Guest Editors and contributors to ensure the successful development and delivery of each thematic issue.

Serve as contact for Project Manager during commissioning

3+ years Experience in the installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of machines and systems

Knowledge of electrical engineering, control technology, pneumatics, and mechanics

Functional knowledge of PLCs with ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor issues

Professional appearance and strong communication skills

Commissioning of machines in house

Strong communication skills with ability to interface with both field personnel and senior management

Participates in operating area risk management activities

BS or MS in Electrical or Computer Engineering

Preference for Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or Construction Management or industry equivalent experience

1+ year of practical industry experience working in highly complex industrial settings

Experience in the field partnering with design engineers, facilities engineers, and construction personnel

Strong communication skills comfortable with presenting progress reports and status updates to a variety of staekholders

Accountable for the commissioning of all shops assigned to him or her

Developing the commissioning procedures based on Tesla specifications

Strong communication skills with ability to interface with both field personnel and senior management

Participates in operating area risk management activities

EIT or similar certification from experience
