Commerical Development Manager Jobs

Demonstrable problem-solving project management experience and skills

Knowledge of project management methodologies

Strong organizational, time management, and verbal and written communication skills

Manage and coordinate multiple projects to ensure they are completed on time and on budget

Delegate work to team members based on skills and expertise

Strong interpersonal and team leadership skills

Knowledge of insurance industry and understanding the terms of coverage offered.

Maintain current and accurate client data in the Agency Management System (Vertafore/AMS)

Work closely with producers to offer support to existing and potential customers.

· Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred

· Insurance certifications of CIC, CISR, CPCU, ARM, or equivalent preferred

General Lines - Property and Casualty Insurance License ( Required)

Demonstrable experience in negotiation and sales/new business development obtained from commercial role(s) within the travel/ hospitality industry (GDS experience preferred)

Excellent communication skills, and the ability to network and build effective relationships across the organization. A team player
