Proficiency with basic computer programs (email, MS word, Excel, Microsoft Project and cloud-based project management software).
Minimum 4 years experience as a Project Engineer, Assistant Project Manager, Project Manager, or equivalent role in the construction industry.
Determine required resources (manpower, materials, and equipment) from start to finish with attention to budgetary requirements.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
The Project Manager is regularly required to:
Plan and organize all work on the project site to ensure work is completed in accordance with the contract documents.
