15+ years’ of relevant experience

Excellent decision-making and problem-solving skills

Working knowledge of REVIT and CAD preferred

2+ years as a Construction Project Manager

Experience w/ mixed use construction (ground up)

Use outstanding interpersonal, communication and customer-relations skills in developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients, architects and subcontractors

Lead project teams including Project Engineers, Project Assistants/Coordinators and other team members

Run the owner/architect/contractor weekly job meetings including timely follow up and distribution of minutes

Work with and assist the Superintendent in addressing issues, problem solving, reviewing the schedule and job cost forecast

Have experience reviewing and approving plan sets for construction and working with RFI’s during the construction process.

Experience with SKM, able edit and add information in the model.

Journeymen level knowledge of the current National Electrical Code.

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or the equivalent in experience and evidence of exceptional ability.

2-3 years of direct engineering / design / construction experience building solar, storage, and chagrining infrastructure systems.

Use Electrical Design experience to size breakers and feeders in accordance with NEC.
