2-4 Years of Experience in a Collaborative Creative Beauty Environment:

You should have 2-4 years of experience in a creative and collaborative work setting, ideally in the beauty industry

Good experience and great knowledge of materials development both for textiles and leathers

Extensive experience in color and material concept design and development, materials vendor landscaping, competitive landscape research and analysis

Footwear product creation process, materials or textile construction & manufacturing experience

Experience working under the pressure of competing and sometimes conflicting priorities

Experience with fashion product preferred

2. Create market relevant and brand appropriate color and material stories that tells an authentically UGG story in footwear products.

Ability to understand challenges or underlying concerns, share ideas, and develop effective responses or elevate to higher management.

Understanding of and experience in the CMF / color development process, and manufacturing processes across soft goods/textiles and hard goods.

Proven knowledge of manufacturing feasibility and finished goods production lead times

Superior color acuity, an extensive knowledge of color theory, and an understanding of diverse technical fibers and materials.

Demonstrated leaderships skills, including mentoring and guiding junior designers in design and development.

Strong attention to detail, ability to self-manage, and anticipation of department needs and solutions.

Illustration or traditional art skills

Global knowledge in product development, manufacturing processes, product conceptualization and technical package specification

At Least 2 years of experience in a design environment working with color or trends

Coordinate and manage order submission for high volume content library via automated content normalization platform

3+ years experience as a Mastering Quality Control operator, working in a professional Post Production facility or studio.

Extensive experience with any and all file-based workflows (including, but not limited to Tiff, DPX, J2K, ProRes, IMF packages).

Experience with ColorFront Transkoder for QC or Production a plus
