Helgesen’s compensation is extremely competitive with 2nd shift earning an additional $5.00/hour; and 3rd shift earning an additional $7.00/hour! Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work responsibly and safely at all times
• Utilize a variety of material lifting devices (cranes, positioners, magnets, hooks, etc.)
• Load, set-up, and run laser to planned arrangements
• Utilize a variety of material control devices (fixtures, templates, etc.)
• Select (grinders, abrasives, etc.) and utilize a variety of metal finishing tools to meet specified surface requirements
• Evaluate, correct, and take actions necessary to prevent external quality (size & defects) issues
• Execute proper start-up and shut-down of machine
• Understand and execute to a set of specified instructions (sequenced based control, work instructions, drawings, move tags, etc.)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour
