Required (Basic) Education / Experience/ Competencies and Other Skills:

All other cleaning tasks as directed by management.

Must be able to manage time efficiently and to work individually as well as within a team.

Sweep and mop 3 floors of steps.

Clean building floors by sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, or vacuuming them.

Remove waste and empty trash.

Greet the Guests and assist the Guest with any questions and/or assistance while being friendly

Research and resolve Guest situations in a calm and professional manner utilizing various resources

Assist Guests with general park information and website inquiries over the phone, email, and in person

Use a computer with specialized programs to assist Guests

Scan all Guests' tickets, passes, and memberships to ensure that they are valid

Use a register to sell tickets and passes

Work with Assistant Closing Manager on pipeline management

Assists Closing Manager and Assistant Manager in identifying training needs

Back-up for Assistant Closing Manager when needed

Monitors and trains team to maintain acceptable QC score

Assists with onboarding and training new employees as needed

Assists with test case reviews prior to releasing new employees to their own pipeline as needed

Document inspection results onto the inspection pages; summarizing re-work and waste; inputting data into quality database.

Performs random inspections of stock material and/or goods and documents the results in appropriate log.

Prepare, print inspection pages and inspect documents for repeat parts.

Perform inspections via a Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) when necessary.

Proven working experience as a Cleaner.

Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies.

Performs general cleaning and sanitizing tasks throughout the facility.

Uses cleaning cart to transport cleaning supplies.

Cleans and disinfects bathrooms, hallways, offices and the Musallah.

Wipes and dusts surface in offices, Musallah and all common areas.

Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and squat
