Job Description
Essential Duties And Responsibilities


  • Use a computer with specialized programs to assist Guests
  • Assist Guests with general park information and website inquiries over the phone, email, and in person
  • Scan all Guests' tickets, passes, and memberships to ensure that they are valid
  • Use a register to sell tickets and passes
  • Research and resolve Guest situations in a calm and professional manner utilizing various resources
  • Greet the Guests and assist the Guest with any questions and/or assistance while being friendly


Skills And Qualifications


  • Prior computer usage required
  • Be able to communicate effectively in the English language, including the ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Must be able to walk up to 2 miles per day over various surfaces
  • At least 17 years old
  • Capable of standing at a fixed position for a minimum of 5 continuous hours in all weather conditions
  • Be available to work flexible hours on nights and weekends
