Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of managed care and health insurance systems.

1 or more years of experience providing clinical services to youth. Preference given for those with experience in fast-paced settings.

Must possess excellent intake, interviewing, and assessment skills.

Must have working knowledge of current version of the American Psychiatric Association's Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders.

Provide psychiatric and substance abuse evaluation of individuals and families in crisis in home, community, clinic, and hospital settings.

Provides direct clinical treatment to adults, children, and adolescents as represented in the caseload through

Individual, group, couple and family therapy

Participates in interdisciplinary diagnostic treatment and planning conferences.

Assist program director and managers with tracking of ongoing programmatic data management.

Demonstrated knowledge of best practice treatment models for victims of sexual trauma, exploitation, trafficking.

Demonstrated knowledge of homeless population and relevant community resources.

Knowledge of sexual trauma, homelessness, substance abuse treatment, trauma-informed care, and culturally competent treatment.
