Confers with management, supervisory personnel and employees to assess training needs and develops plans, procedures and/or programs to address these needs.

Manages employee registration for in-house and outside vendor training workshops and sessions. Confirms attendance.

Oversees TDO’s New Employee Orientation Program and communication, in partnership with TDO team members.

Maintains registration/attendance records and statistical data measuring program effectiveness.
