Clinical Solutions Engineer Jobs

Degree, or Post-Secondary Education -Information Technology, or related technical field preferred

Experience in a technical support position an asset

Provide timely and world class customer support to users via multiple channels

Skilled and experienced manipulating large data sets using either SQL or other data transformation languages

Skilled and experienced with healthcare data sets such as claims, labs and their applications to life sciences

9+ years experience in healthcare space in a client facing consultative/analytical role for delivering products, solutions or analyses

Proven leadership skills demonstrating strong judgment, problem solving and decision making

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Flexible work arrangements (e.g. no set hours), fully remote work, and unlimited PTO

Experience in Care Delivery, Care Coordination, or Business Intelligence for either Skilled Nursing, or Senior Living facilities

Effectively use and search the knowledge base, consistently contributing new or updated superior quality content

Enhance, advocate, and exemplify KCS methodologies in addition to authoring and updating knowledgebase content

Mentor less experienced team members on trouble shooting SaaS products, customer support best practices, and internal processes

Formalized approach to problem-solving, certification in RCA an asset

Excellent communication skills, written and oral with acumen for conveying complex concepts to a variety of audiences

Strong prioritization, time management and project management skills

Previous experience in supporting a sales team with unique sales solutions, proposal support, client engagement, and industry knowledge.

Experience in the specialty healthcare or pharmaceutical segment with understanding of healthcare continuum and relationship between manufacturers, providers and payers

Strong industry specific knowledge, including demonstrated knowledge of reimbursement, specialty pharmaceutical, and pharmacy distribution trends and practices.

Critical thinking, analytical and problem-solving skills

Proficiency with CRM Software such as Salesforce.com and Microsoft Office Suite, including PowerPoint.
