5+ years of experience in execution of strategy

Clinical Knowledge with licensure (RN, NP, PA, DO, MD, etc.)

In depth Urology experience as a health care provider

2 years managed care (MCO) experience

1 year prior leadership experience

2 years of data analysis and reporting & deliver presentations

Support the preparation of contract language and cost estimates for business opportunities in collaboration with business operations, finance, and project management.

Ensure clear and concise proposal content, aligning with company guidelines, client requirements, and industry standards.

Experience within a CRO, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical company is preferred; however, well-qualified entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply

Strong computer skills, including demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Highly organized and detail-oriented, with excellent written/verbal communication skills

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including physicians, business development, and clinical leadership to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposal content.
