Duties and Responsibilities of this Level
Obtain medication histories, including fill history, for medically complex patients from the patient, electronic medical record and any other available resources.
Communicate and collaborate with local pharmacies to explain PHMO programs and troubleshoot issues affecting medication adherence or access.
Pharmacy Technician I/Ii - Inpatient Pediatric Pharmacy (Full-Time/ Rotating Shifts)

Pharmacy Tech II: Minimum of one years related experience.
Day Shifts (6:30 am - 3:00 pm)
Evening Shifts ((3:00 pm - 11:30 pm, with some 12:30 pm - 9:00 pm on weekends)
Night Shift On-Call rotation and some overnight coverage (9pm-7:30am).
Prepare intravenous admixtures or other sterile products (including chemotherapy and other hazardous agents).
