Clinical Implementation Consultant Jobs in Arkansas

Education, Certifications and/or Work Experience Requirements:

Provide clinical education and tools for safe and effective use of Nipro products.

Plan and effectively implement training sessions for multiple experience levels appropriate for nurses and patient care technicians.

Partner with Regional Clinical Specialists and National Clinical Specialists to provide educational programs and training to customers.

Assist with various projects as assigned by direct manager.

Bachelor of Science Degree is preferred; in lieu of degree, extensive, relevant technical, clinical, or related industry experience may be considered.

Drive detailed requirements gathering sessions through on-site and remote analysis and customer interviews

Knowledge and experience in working with clinical data

Communicates and presents effectively; ability to communicate with customer's C-level and with internal Management

Work with the technical implementation team in translating workflow requirements to actionable technical configuration tasks

Work collaboratively with implementation project management to facilitate and project manage new product offerings

Preferred Customer Success Management experience that includes keeping clients engaged and regularly using products

MINIMUM SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTS:

Recent clinical Oncology experience preferred

Previous software implementation experience a plus

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to train various levels of end users
