Education and Professional Qualifications Required

· Manage and deliver training courses for physicians, nurses, as well as new Creo hires.

· Manage training physician scheduling for training events; complete contractual invoices post-training events.

· Experience of working in Operating Theatres or Endoscopy Suites.

· Experience of providing clinical training at various levels.

· Excellent customer service skills.

Excellent organization and time management skills - proactive and efficient in scheduling and managing multiple appointments

2+ years of experience in a patient facing, education/training and/or highly advanced customer service role

Maintain compliance with all appropriate regulatory requirements including HIPAA

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience

Medical device or healthcare industry experience

Ability to work remotely and travel to patients in a home, clinic or virtual environment

Create and maintain a document management system to keep an audit trail of all changes made to educational materials

Previous experience in document management

Previous experience in developing training programs or document management systems from the ground up

Proactively works with operational leadership to ensure education is disseminated appropriately

Supports the Clinical Process Excellence Team’s strategic plans through collaboration to develop and implement clinical program and process educational materials

Develops education in an easily digestible format utilizing a combination of visuals and words to effectively communicate the end goal
