Monitors the Case Management function, including:

Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

Prior experience in managing staff in various locations.

Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare experience: strong preference in home health/home care setting.

• 3-5 years of Clinical Management experience, with Registered Nurse direct reports

• Support ongoing Risk Management, includes reporting to the board

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

Clinical Compliance Client and Talent Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience

• Experience in various healthcare settings

·Oversee the development, implementation, and management of third-party deed restriction programs.

·Assist with the compilation and preparation of various management reports as assigned.

·Manage, lead, and mentor staff related to specific program eligibility and compliance documentation.

·Oversee the underwriting of complex consumer loan requests specifically related to federal and state programmatic requirements.

·Review credit files to ensure compliance with policies and escalate discrepancies and/or variances when identified.

• 3-5 years of Clinical Management experience, with Registered Nurse direct reports

• Support ongoing Risk Management, includes reporting to the board

MINIMUM POSITION QUALIFICATIONS / EDUCATION

Clinical Compliance Client and Talent Experience

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent work experience

• Experience in various healthcare settings

Audit and/or management experience desirable.

Performs appropriate fieldwork to conduct the Audit (ITP) either remotely or onsite, as appropriate.

Maintains industry awareness to leverage current needs with opportunities for new product offerings.

Strong communications skills: verbally, written, face-to-face and virtually.

5-10 years’ industry experience, with strong compliance emphasis.

Industry certifications and designations commensurate with compliance focal area.

Demonstrates superior time management and organizational skills including sensitivity to urgent matters

Regularly assists Department Management in Identifying and monitoring the efficiency of opportunities within the business

Provide general support and troubleshooting with Department Management and agents

Maintain knowledge on financial crimes, emerging risk trends, relevant regulations, technology, and compliance standards.

Experience with fraud detection or loss prevention

Strong skills related to data analytics, and reporting.
