What is Clinic Manager Job Responsibilities?
• Manage day-to-day operations of the clinic, including scheduling, staffing, and patient flow.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and policies.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure quality patient care.
• Monitor and evaluate clinic performance and patient satisfaction.
• Oversee the budget and financial operations of the clinic.
• Manage the recruitment, hiring, and training of staff.
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external providers and vendors.
• Ensure the clinic is properly equipped and stocked with necessary supplies.
• Handle customer service issues and complaints.
• Address patient concerns and inquiries.
