This includes providing guidance and support to the team, ensuring that customer service standards are met, and resolving customer inquiries and complaints. Detailed Job Description The Client Specialist Supervisor is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Client Specialist team. The Supervisor will also be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to improve customer service and satisfaction. The Supervisor will also be responsible for monitoring team performance and providing feedback and coaching to team members. Job Skills Required
