Client Rights Facilitator Jobs

Experience using a DAM tool or contract management system (doesn’t matter which one) with flexibility to learn a new system.

Locate, organize, and ingest rights information for a backlog of content intended for upload to the digital asset management (DAM) tool.

Liaise with Asset Managers and assist with organizing and uploading content as needed.

Must possess excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities.

Be the point of contact to aid individual teams/agencies with ingesting their own rights information and answering general inquiries.

Connect the dots between missing projects/information and agency/team onboarding efforts.

Ability to use personal computers for word processing and database management.

Ability to communicate effectively with people with sight loss and/or people from different social, cultural and educational backgrounds.

Self advocacy and/or advocacy experience.

Knowledgeable on inclusion, diversity, and accessibility.

Strong interpersonal skills and amicable personality.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

This is an exempt, full-time position located in Montpelier, Vermont. Salary is based upon qualifications and experience.

Experience providing administrative support and/or project management preferred

Manage and coordinate databases, case files, correspondence files, etc.

Excellent research, writing, and verbal communication skills

Bachelor’s degree or a year of related administrative experience preferred

The salary for this position is $70,557. Generous benefits package provided.

Experience working with individuals receiving services for mental health, substance use, or developmental disabilities.

Experience investigating grievances, complaints or legal situations.

Experience interpreting and applying state or federal laws, rules or regulations.

Experience using mediation techniques or other conflict resolution methods.

Providing consultation, education and training to staff, students, and patients and/or their families/guardians about client rights.

Experience or training conducting investigations (e.g., interviewing witnesses, conducting research, reviewing evidence, etc.).

Training or experience advocating for client or patient rights.

Experience providing consultation, technical assistance, or training regarding patient or client rights or grievance procedures.

Experience working with individuals with mental illness.

Experience working in a secure treatment or correctional facility.
