Strong time management and organizational skills

Facilitate with MI the setup and maintenance of management information reporting profile, DK’s, and reporting troubleshooting

Additional Required Skills and Experience:

Manage Account Relationships/Builds Strategic Relationships with Customer and ensure a robust WOI

Knowledge of and use of the Challenger model

Salesforce, Word, PowerPoint, Microsoft Outlook and Excel Skills

10+ years successful project management experience, preferably in a healthcare environment.

Develop and execute strategic plan, responsible for retention and revenue management

Coordinates with sales to develop successful client hand off/management activities

Provide internal management information to assist in the updating of monthly forecasts and billing

Use Salesforce database to log activities and sales opportunity management, and manage Client Management team to do so as well

10+ years successful account management of large employees, preferably in a healthcare environment.
