Client Experience Business Analyst Jobs

Minimum of 2 years of experience that includes project management, analytics, and/or problem-solving

Leads execution of complex initiatives and processes using project management best practices

Manage and improve processes to ensure we can scale delivery quality as the volume grows over 100% year over year

Create short to medium term solutions that support the scalability of Veho’s delivery operation

Develop and report on metrics such as On Time Delivery (OTD) to support various stakeholder needs

Analyze data to identify opportunities to improve OTD

- Excellent communication, creative, critical thinking, problem-solving, planning, prioritization, project management, teamwork and organization skills

- Project Management certification or Management degree

- Knowledge and experience in implementing customer support, self-service and experience programs

- Exposure to agile and scrum work management techniques

- Proven track record of project and time management

- Facilitate workshops with cross functional teams to gather detailed requirements

Experience with conflict resolution management techniques

Document ALL client interactions and transactions accurately in the database system (backlog & inbox management)

Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills to appropriately manage both internal and external partner relationships

Maintain and upkeep knowledge of SpotOn products, services, and policies

Other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager

Experience working with stakeholders and end users to understand tech processes and business requirements

Experience in business case development and ability to effectively present business cases to business unit leadership
