Client Care Support Representative Jobs in Utah

2+ years of customer service, hospitality, and/or client success experience.

Technology-literate and savvy with a strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Performs duties while maintaining strong prioritization and organizational skills, and professional communications in all interactions.

Patience and empathy to help individuals complete paperwork and answer detailed questions about their account with us.

Self-starter that can meet required deadlines.

Minimum of one (1) year prior call center or related experience

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability

Knowledge of training concepts, best practices, and industry standards
