Slingshot by WorkWave is looking for a highly motivated Client Support Representative to join our already robust Client Support team. We are the first point of contact to our customers; providing assistance on issues such as form updates, general account questions, and profile changes.
- De-escalate calls by maintaining professional composure
- Provide appropriate solutions and alternatives, while following up to ensure resolution
- Process customer accounts and file documents
- Provide support and assistance to Slingshot’s clients as well as our operations teams
- Attend weekly team meetings to discuss client trends and issues
- Knowledge of training concepts, best practices, and industry standards
- Ability to be proactive, self-motivated, self-directed, flexible, adaptable and work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to organize daily activities
- Demonstrated commitment to excellent customer service
- Prior Salesforce knowledge
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability
- Minimum of one (1) year prior call center or related experience
- Ability to meet deadlines and prioritize multiple projects with a high level of effectiveness
