We are looking for a Client Care Representative who is driven by customer service, is incredibly detail oriented, can follow written and verbal instructions and truly cares about our clients. You must have some customer service experience and be willing to work in a fast-pasted, growing company. This is a deadline driven role, so you must work well under pressure, keep organized and prioritize as multiple requests can come in at the same time.

  • 2+ years of customer service, hospitality, and/or client success experience.

  • Valid Hawaii driver’s license, vehicle, and clean driver abstract.
This Role Will Contribute In The Following Ways
Client Services Phone and Email Queue:
  • Assisting clients with inquiries like help with system navigation, invoices and billing inquiries, and reports.
  • Assisting employees with inquiries such as direct deposit set up, password reset, employee portal navigation and the like.
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Client Services (phones, emails, in-person).
  • Documents information in CRM to track issues while utilizing all necessary systems and resources.
  • You will be responsible for creating a warm and positive experience to answer client and/or employee questions or get them to the correct team member who can.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Using our CRM system, you will create cases and follow written process documentation to research and resolve moderately complex product and service issues:
  • Serves as back-up Payroll Distribution Coordinator and supports in-office payroll distribution services as needed.
  • Demonstrates high level of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism with regards to employees’ private and personal information.
  • Clerical and administrative day-to-day support for our Client Service Team including client communications (phone, email and mailings), updating client contact information, and uploading client documents.
  • Performs duties while maintaining strong prioritization and organizational skills, and professional communications in all interactions.
