Dusting furniture, light fixtures, handrails, props, etc. and removing gum and cleaning carpets in the attraction venues.

The pay rate for this role is $18.00

Assist in special projects as assigned by Supervisor or Manager of Building Operations.

The ideal candidate must possess maintenance/custodial experience in a building, arena, or outdoors environment.

Must have experience and be able to use and maintain vacuums, blowers, and other cleaning equipment.

Night Cleaner will be responsible for cleaning and maintaining Radio City Music Hall interior and exterior (i.e Theatre, Lobby, Dressing Rooms).

Will sanitize, clean, and stock restroom facilities after shows. This includes: toilets, urinals, walls, floors, mirrors, and receptacles.

Buff and wax floors to maintain overall cleanliness and appearance of the theatre.

Maintains friendly, efficient, positive customer service attitude toward customers, clients and co-workers. Is responsive to customer needs.

Assists in enhancing productivity and efficient operations of the department.

Demonstrated efficient and safe use of housekeeping equipment and solutions as observed by supervisor.

May disinfect and sterilize equipment and supplies, using germicides and sterilizing equipment.

Maintains a clean and orderly environment in the assigned area to protect safety and health of others.

Diligently employs universal precautions when disposing of trash and bio-hazardous materials.

Notifies managers concerning the need for minor or major repairs or additions to building operating systems

Establishes and maintains effective communication and working relationships with clients, co-workers, shift coordinators, supervisors, managers, etc.

Cleans and maintains buildings/facilities. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, shampooing rugs, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish.

Complies with all safety, security, compliance, and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, Clients, and regulatory authorities

Cleaner must be flexible and willing to complete all tasks that are assigned.

Performing daily clean up and sanitation maintenance activities according to established shift reports

Power washing main kitchen walls and floors twice per week

Removing all trash and cleaning trash cans daily

Cleaning east garage, storeroom, butcher shop, hot line, hot appetizer station, bake shop, and garde manger station daily

Cleaning and mopping all pantries, room service, ramps, stairs, storeroom, elevator and main kitchen; and other duties as may be assigned.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

Reports errors, deficiencies, discrepancies and observations to management. May stop operations when product safety is or may be compromised.

Ensures compliance with all worldwide regulatory agency requirements and company-specific regulations related to quality of product and employee safety.

Performs Quality functions in classified areas, including production oversight, manufacturing process assessments, and aseptic intervention oversight.

Initiates and authors Nonconformance Reports and corrective and preventative action responses.

Conducts bi-annual inspections of classified areas in preparation for facility shutdown periods.

Initiates standard operating procedure (SOP) revisions as needed to support continuous improvement.

Previous experience in Housekeeping preferred.

A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. Job specific training or 6 months of related experience are required.

The ability to successfully achieve ServSafe certification within 90 days.

Ability to read, write and speak English.

An associates degree in computer science or related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Respond to queries on the phone, via email, or through remote access.

At least 1 year experience working as a Customer Support Specialist.

A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software. (Linux, Android, and cloud solutions preferred)

Perform as a runner for food and beverage to deliver room orders after hours.
