Overview Child Support Officer III is a professional position responsible for providing child support services to families. This position is responsible for managing a caseload of child support cases, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. Detailed Job Description Child Support Officer III is responsible for providing child support services to families. This includes managing a caseload of child support cases, providing customer service, and ensuring compliance with state and federal laws. This position is also responsible for conducting investigations, interviewing clients, and providing information and assistance to clients. Additionally, this position is responsible for preparing and filing court documents, attending court hearings, and providing testimony in court. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of state and federal child support laws and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize workload
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in social work, psychology, or a related field
• At least two years of experience in child support services
• Certification in child support services
• Knowledge of state and federal child support laws and regulations
• Ability to pass a background check
