The specialist also provides education and resources to families and children to help them understand and manage their own development. Job Skills Required

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in child and family development, psychology, social work, or a related field
• Master’s degree in child and family development, psychology, social work, or a related field preferred
• Certification in child and family development or a related field preferred
• Experience working with families and children
