Chief Of Sustainability Jobs

Develop company’s ESG reporting practices aligned with company-wide goals, stakeholder needs, and external reporting frameworks and requirements.

5+ years of professional experience, including time developing ESG strategy and implementing ESG initiatives that tie to strategic business objectives.

Experience in sustainability in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred.

Experience in ESG reporting, including third-party ESG ratings (e.g., EcoVadis CDP).

Deep knowledge in sustainability, climate change, ESG topics, and current trends.

Director of Sustainability Position Requirements:

Manage and lead a team of advisors who support with originating consultative sustainability services

Develop innovative strategies and manage projects

Bachelor’s degree or relevant industry experience; MBA or other advanced degree preferred

Able to manage and influence team members

Experience leading cross-functional teams preferred

Help develop a strong pipeline to meet company targets

5+ years of sustainability education and public appearance-based communications experience working in a leadership role in a fast-paced, early-stage environment.

Equity participation Via a Management Stock Ownership Plan

Together with the CEO and CSO, ensure the creation and activation of commercial educational materials.

Combining a strategic perspective with strong operational/execution capabilities

Public Speaking experience and content recognition are essential.

Consulting/professional services experience is a strong plus.
