Manage the operation and functions of the vertical wind tunnel

As needed, perform CSR responsibilities such as, check-in guests, confirm flyer reservations, answer incoming sales calls, stock merchandise, and process refunds.

Safety – Promote customer safety throughout their time in the wind tunnel and facility

Sales – Sell return visits and other exciting flight opportunities per company guideline

Meet and greet customers with world class customer service

Teach aviation ground school, etc.

Write and revise syllabi as required.

Act as an Instructor on Duty when requested.

Perform other duties as required by Chief of Pilot Training or designated representative.’
