Chief Of Consumer Technology Solutions Jobs

Proven digital transformation skills in an IT leadership position (customer-facing digital experience required, apps and web)

Multi-site operating knowledge of POS (point-of-sale) systems and integrating acquisitions

Ability to manage robust discussions and positively debate with the CEO and the peer leadership team

Experience working with marketing teams and understanding of marketing technologies

Collaborate with marketing and other teams to create a seamless, customer-centric experience across digital and physical touchpoints

Identify and implement innovative technologies that provide a competitive advantage and enhance the customer experience

•Experience with Change Control, Incident Management, and Problem Management processes.

•Provide Project Management to include:

oMaintain the Problem Management module in SolarWinds Service Desk.

oNote: Qualifying experience may substitute year for year for education

oCoordinate with subject matter experts and cross-organizational teams to facilitate and translate IT needs and requirements.

oManage multiple key stakeholders, vendor and partners to keep the projects on track.

Minimum Qualifications for Information Technology Manager II

· Experience developing and leading high-performing, cross-functional teams with direct and matrixed staff.

· Experience managing large vendor teams and coordinating with partners to deliver value on time and budget.
