Five years of previous people management experience.

Proficiency using MS Office Suite with ability to learn unique software packages for relationship and outcome management, and data collection.

10 years of expert-level experience in a similar role.

Five to 10 years of experience in a leadership role.

Experience with leading and presenting issues around equity and disparate community needs.

United Way experience a bonus but not required.

Proven experience leading through change management, strategy implementation, and organizational restructuring.

Management of and accountability for global and national programs and partnerships where they include affiliate engagement

Serve as an active member of the management team, demonstrating leadership in organizational planning, decision-making, and building a culture of innovation.

Experience managing and leading remote and hybrid teams dispersed globally.

Envision and build a scaled training and capacity-building strategy to upskill affiliates and maximize their efficacy.

Partner with CEO, board, and senior staff to develop and manage strategic and innovative global relationships.
