Cfo Luxury Company Jobs

Strong leadership abilities and experience dealing with investors, board of directors, financers, bankers, lawyers, auditors, C-suite, etc.

Build and maintain operating & financial models, manage budgets, oversee quarterly planning, track performance against forecast, etc.

Experience in investment banking, private equity, or growth stage aerospace companies is a MUST.

5+ years of experiences within aerospace or technology industries.

Must have experience raising new funding from investors, VC’s, private equity firms, public/private markets, etc.

Experience with M&A and venture fundraising

- Respected and proven management skills

- Conduct meaningful proactive analysis to improve key business decisions focusing on management of working capital

- A minimum of 10 years of experience in accounting and finance

- Proactively manage cash flows in a leveraged environment

- Effectively manage bank, board of directors and other financial relationships

- Manage the fiduciary responsibility of the CFO
