Five years of management experience in healthcare, with a minimum 2-3 years in a senior management position.

Manages and controls forecasted revenues and expenses for the upcoming budgeting period.

Manages, maintains and assesses the effectiveness of an adequate internal controls structure for financial reporting within the hospital.

Meets Position Requirements And Performs Essential Functions.

Identifies potential new referral sources and markets as applicable.

Master's Degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related healthcare field preferred.

Minimum of five years management experience in a health care related field, preferably in a LTACH or Physical Rehabilitation setting.

Minimum of a four-year undergraduate degree.

Ability to read and communicate effectively in English.

Must be able to articulately communicate, interpret and explain complex information and comprehend written and verbal communication

2-4 years' previous experience in a long-term care environment, preferably as an Administrator or Assistant Administrator.
