Cellular Immunology Associate Jobs

Time management and high technical competency required – detail-oriented with organizational and prioritization skills strongly preferred

Confidently conducting and troubleshooting assays and experiments in a research production environment with guidance from management

Experience with general molecular techniques and approaches (some flow cytometry knowledge beneficial)

Experience working with RNA, AAV, artificial miRNA/shRNA and some microscopy skills preferred

Good computer skills and working knowledge of Excel, Graphpad, or other data analysis software are required

B.Sc. or M.Sc. in biology or related field, with at least 1-2 years of industry experience, preferably in a research environment

You will work under management of scientists to conduct scientific research using cutting-edge immunologic assays.

Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related field with 2+ year experience in a biotech, medical laboratory, or academic setting.

Experience in mammalian cell culture (Primary cell culture and immortalized cell lines) is required.

Experience and familiarity with multiparameter flow cytometry and or fluorescence-activated cell sorting (FACS).

Laboratory experience in immunological assays such as functional T and B cell assays, Incucyte, ELISA and cytokine measurement by MSD.

Prior experience in antibody therapeutics or T cell biology in tumor immunology or autoimmunity would be advantageous.

Ability to manage multiple competing priorities with good planning, time management and prioritization skills

May be responsible for tracking study timelines using project management tools.

Working knowledge of clinical research regulatory requirements (e.g., GCP and ICH)

Good understanding of the principles of project planning & project management

Supporting other scientists with imaging vendors, clinical outcome assessments, biomarker sample collection and management, and external data monitoring committee.

Building analytical skills to drive operational milestones

Experience with web-based project management tools (such as Workfront, MS Project) a plus

Minimum 3 years’ experience as a medical writer and/or content developer/editor for a medical education/communications company

Quickly acquire up-to-date knowledge of specific disease states, as needed

Possessing strong problem-solving skills to independently and quickly deal with unforeseen issues to ensure that timelines are consistently met

Excellent editorial (editing and writing) skills, preferably in online publishing and text manuscript development; familiarity with AMA style

Effective written and verbal communication skills (English; additional languages a plus)

Strong analytical skills and presentation skills as well as financial/budgetary experience

Immunology therapeutic area experience/expertise preferred

Ability to travel 80% of time

Proven ability to develop productive relationships with physicians and other healthcare professionals

Working knowledge and experience in one or more programming language Swift, Python, C++, Java and C is a plus.

Experience working on wireless system (cellular) integration, development and validation processes.

Experience with wireless system design verification / validation working with firmware / software engineers to enable such verifications.

Hands-on experience using lab equipment including spectrum analyzer, network analyzer, signal generator, oscilloscope, and/or signaling call box.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Bachelor’s and 3+ years of experience preferred.

Experience with supply management is preferred

VERIFYING INSURANCE: Verifies and enters insurance information and authorization/referral requirements.

Work Department incoming referral work queue daily. Assist patients with appointments in other specialist offices as requested/referred by our physicians.

Reviews patient charts to ensure imaging is available and all pertinent information to maximize appointment.

Responsible for managing physician calendars.
