As a Cellar Technician 2, you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the cellar, including fermentation, racking, blending, and bottling. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of the cellar and equipment. Overview Cellar Technician 2 is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a winery’s cellar. This includes monitoring and controlling the temperature and humidity of the cellar, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. The Cellar Technician 2 also assists with the fermentation process, and may be responsible for blending and bottling the finished product. Detailed Job Description Cellar Technician 2 is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a winery’s cellar. This includes monitoring and controlling the temperature and humidity of the cellar, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. The Cellar Technician 2 also assists with the fermentation process, and may be responsible for blending and bottling the finished product. The Cellar Technician 2 is also responsible for ensuring that all safety protocols are followed, and that all equipment is properly maintained and stored. Job Skills Required
