Overview Cellar Technician 2 is responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of a winery’s cellar. This includes monitoring and controlling the temperature and humidity of the cellar, as well as cleaning and sanitizing the equipment. The Cellar Technician 2 also assists with the fermentation process, and may be responsible for blending and bottling the finished product.
