Proficient in google spreadsheets, zoom, dropbox (Knowledge of Airtable, Asana is a +)

Collaborate with Casting Director on creative strategy regarding cast

Research, schedule and complete video casting calls (10-15min)

Learn company casting systems (databases, forms, project managing software);

Attend company meetings, operations, and bonding events

Create and manage all casting lists for VP to pull from.

2 years previous administrative experience required

Casting experience a plus but not required

Strong experience with scheduling talent and working with agents

Good knowledge of actors in entertainment Industry

Experience with casting software Breakdown, Cast it IMDB pro

Six months - 2 years of manufacturing/plant experience

Applies the appropriate paste to grids, creating plates that help the battery to hold its charge

Loads raw materials into machines

Manually on and off bears materials from/to machines

Assists operator in monitoring pasting machine function

Performs visual inspections for quality and quantity; enters data into data collector

Experience with sensitive and complex casting requirements.

Shaping and managing the department’s overall casting workflow, including collecting voice samples and organizing in-person and remote auditions where needed.

Understanding specific casting requirements and project challenges while clearly communicating with clients, creatives and producers to provide strong talent options.

Understanding Union vs. non-Union dubbing production guidelines, talent and agency rates and client studio requirements.

Adhering to all content security and confidentiality requirements during the casting process.

Experience participating in English Dubbing sessions desired, (directing, acting, observing).
