Cashier Receptionist Temporary Jobs in Florida

Cash handling experience and computer skills.

Outstanding customer service skills, a professional appearance, and a friendly, helpful demeanor.

Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds, Microsoft Excel, and basic accounting preferred but not required.

Previous Automotive dealership experience a plus, but not required.

Automotive Cashier - Receptionist Requirements

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Receptionist, Dispatcher or Administrative role in a professional business environment

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Knowledge in MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)

Excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills

Answer multiple phone lines in a courteous and professional manner

Assist with other administrative duties as needed

Must be willing to work in a Labor Management Partnership environment.

Working knowledge of Health Plan coverage types, for example (but not limited to) traditional, deductible, etc.

Determine patients membership/benefits according to the benefit display

Demonstrate knowledge of and application to Patient Administration Appointment Registration (PARRS).

Basic knowledge and use of computer and computer keyboard

Passing of a PC skills assessment
